   "content_text": "Hello Aave Support Team, I am experiencing a critical issue with a recent WBTC deposit on the Aave V4 protocol (Ethereum Mainnet). I deposited 0.00492725 WBTC into the Aave Core Hub, the transaction was successful on-chain, but the funds are not displaying correctly on the pro.aave.com dashboard, and my Health Factor did not increase as expected. Transaction Details: • Wallet Address: `0x8dF87ED1d73eDB9998A81678096Ab0F9A34aB435` • Transaction Hash: `0x946321d3d024e1789f7ddc7d280ddc0d25ea90eefb4b5755808e575f3f25a02a` • Amount: `0.00492725 WBTC` • Contract Interacted With: `0x94e7A5dCbE816e498b89aB752661904E2F56c485` (Aave: Main Spoke) • Event Emitted: `Supply` (Log 218) with `reserveId: 3` The Issue: 1. Before the deposit, I had an active borrow position of ~$1,201 USDC against ~0.03 WBTC. 2. When simulating the deposit of the additional 0.00492725 WBTC, the UI showed my Health Factor would increase to ~1.40. 3. After the transaction was confirmed, my Health Factor remained stuck at ~1.29. 4. The deposited amount of 0.00492725 WBTC is nowhere to be found as a separate balance on the Dashboard, nor did it visibly update the main collateral balance in a way that reflects the expected Health Factor increase. 5. However, when I click “Withdraw”, the max available amount shows `0.03158279 WBTC`, which indicates the funds are in the protocol, but the UI and Health Factor calculation seem bugged or are routing the funds to a different `reserveId` that isn’t properly backing my USDC borrow. Could you please investigate why this deposit is not reflecting correctly on the UI and why it didn’t improve my Health Factor?    "content_text": "MiCA is enforced. Aave needs a compliance path for EU users that doesn’t fragment liquidity into separate permissioned pools like Arc did. I’ve built a working ZK compliance attestation protocol (Piyora). Users do KYC once with any provider, then generate a zero-knowledge proof in-browser (3-5s) that says “I’m compliant” — valid KYC, allowed jurisdiction, not sanctioned, not expired — without revealing identity. Verified on-chain, 25K gas per tx on L2. What this means practically for Aave: No separate pool needed. Compliance check sits as a modifier on EU-facing functions in the main pool. No KYC data custody. Aave never touches PII. Liability stays with the KYC provider. 25K gas overhead per tx ($0.002 on Base). One-time attestation submission: 280K gas ($0.02). Users re-prove every 7-30 days (checks latest sanctions list automatically). The circuit is built in Noir (~30K constraints, UltraPlonk, no trusted setup). Solidity verifier auto-generated. I have a working prototype — contracts tested (13 passing), proof generates and verifies locally. I’m not proposing a governance vote here — just checking: Is EU compliance being actively discussed? I see nothing in recent proposals. Would a ZK approach be considered, or is the preference for traditional KYC gating? What specific checks would governance want? (KYC level, jurisdiction whitelist, sanctions, accredited investor status?) Risk categories such as asset risk, bridging risk, monitoring / automated risk oracle systems, and chain risk are necessary. But they still depend on a lower representational layer: what is observed, what is explained, what is historically traced, what is authorization-proven, and what remains Unknown? In my recent public FET research note, I argue that DeFi transparency is not explanation. Current configuration, historical configuration action, oracle/source provenance, and governance authorization should not be collapsed into one evidence layer. For risk frameworks, this matters because a recommendation can be correct while the evidence beneath its state inputs remains uneven. The question I would ask here is: Will the framework explicitly label evidence confidence for each recommendation, parameter path, oracle path, or deprecation decision?
