Jack Mallers resigned as CEO of NYSE-listed bitcoin treasury Twenty One Capital to focus on his payments company Strike, with Elektron Energy founder Raphael Zagury taking over. A planned three-way merger of Twenty One, Strike and Elektron was scrapped, leaving Strike independent; Twenty One holds 43,514 BTC worth about $2.8 billion.
