SEC files partially settled charges against Mining Automatic and Zan Shaikh - FX News Group

The SEC filed partially settled charges against Zan Shaikh and Mining Automatic for misappropriating investor funds raised in a crypto mining scheme. The defendants raised about $22 million from over 380 investors but used only 13% on mining expenses. They consented to permanent injunctions and potential disgorgement, with penalties to be determined by the court.
