Crypto Mining Platform, Founder to Settle SEC Fraud Charges
Zan Shaikh and Bright Vision Distribution LLC agreed to partially settle SEC fraud charges. The SEC alleged they defrauded over 380 investors of $22 million by guaranteeing 3% monthly crypto mining returns but using only 13% of funds for mining. Shaikh allegedly spent $7 million on marketing and over $700,000 on personal expenses.
