‘Major’ antitrust demands would destroy Europe space deal, warns Leonardo chief

Airbus and Leonardo chiefs Guillaume Faury and Lorenzo Mariani pressed the European Commission to clear 'Project Bromo', their planned three-way space merger with Thales, combining about 25,000 staff and roughly 6.5 billion euros of annual revenue. Executives expect antitrust review to take up to two years; rival OHB opposes the deal.
