Circle Proposes Emergency Rate Changes to Unstick Aave's Frozen USDC Pool
After the April 18 KelpDAO exploit pinned Aave's $1.89 billion USDC pool near 100% utilization for four days, Circle proposed immediately raising the Slope2 borrow-rate parameter from about 10% to 40%, with a 50% target, to restore withdrawable liquidity.
