OKX launches X-Perps on US stocks in EU, despite ESMA pushback on perpetuals

ESMA said in February that most perpetual futures likely qualify as CFDs; OKX's X-Perps carry a fixed five-year expiry and trade under its Malta MiFID II and MiCA licences with up to 10x leverage.
