Short Sellers Ramp Up Bets Against HelloFresh’s Debut Bond

Short interest in HelloFresh's debut bond surged weeks after issuance, with more than 10% of the 350 million euro note available to borrow, over five times the European corporate bond average. Issued at par on July 1 with a 5.5% coupon maturing 2031, it has slipped to about 95 cents on the euro after S&P cut HelloFresh to junk.
