Ethereum EIP-8222 Seeks to Separate Staking Deposits and Withdrawals

EIP-8222 ("Lean Staking") would separate Ethereum staking deposits from withdrawals by breaking the on-chain link between deposit addresses, validator keys and withdrawal credentials. Built into the consensus layer rather than as a mixer or L2, it aims to re-anonymise validators; it is still a discussion-stage proposal.
