Kazakhstan to Stop Piping Oil to Black Sea After Tanker Attacks
Kazakhstan is halting crude deliveries to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium terminal near Novorossiysk after a run of drone attacks on tankers in the Black Sea left shipowners unwilling to call there. The route carries roughly 80% of Kazakh oil exports, making Kazakhstan Europe's second-largest external supplier.
