Grayscale filed an S-1 with the SEC on July 20, 2026, to launch a Worldcoin ETF (ticker GWLD) on Nasdaq. The trust, established July 10, will hold WLD tokens, with BitGo Bank & Trust as custodian. WLD rose 7.97% to $0.3858 at press time.
