Wanchain's Cardano-BNB Bridge was exploited via a cryptographic vulnerability, allowing attackers to drain 515 million NIGHT tokens worth $9 million. The attacker reused a legitimate signature to authorize phony withdrawals and laundered the tokens to ADA. Wanchain halted the bridge and confirmed the incident did not affect Midnight's network or Cardano's core blockchain.
