EU Parliament backs stablecoin multi-issuance, dismissing ban proposal

The 390-86 vote rejects the ESRB's September 2025 call to bar the dual EU/non-EU issuance model Circle uses for USDC, ahead of MiCA-review legislative proposals expected in 2027.
