REGULATION | UK Lawmakers Probe Alleged Banking Barriers Facing Crypto Firms
The UK's Crypto and Digital Assets All-Party Parliamentary Group opened an inquiry on 21 July 2026 into whether banks are unfairly restricting accounts, payments and transfer limits for crypto firms and users. Co-chaired by Lord Vaizey and Labour MP Gurinder Singh Josan, it takes evidence until 31 August 2026.
