Dinari fund
Overview
Dinari is a US-domiciled issuer of tokenized US equities, marketed as dShares, founded in 2021. It is registered with the SEC as a transfer agent — the entity legally responsible for maintaining a security's share register — and is a FINRA member broker-dealer, which allows it to offer tokenized stocks to US persons. dShares are ERC-20 tokens where each token represents one share of a publicly traded US equity or ETF, with the underlying shares held 1:1 in custody at a registered US broker-dealer. Dinari has expanded dShares to additional networks including Avalanche's C-Chain and has partnered with tZERO on a tokenized US stock framework for broker-dealers.
