Ondo Usdy fund
Overview
USDY (Ondo US Dollar Yield Token) is a tokenized dollar-denominated note issued by Ondo Finance and launched in August 2023. It is backed by short-term US Treasuries and bank demand deposits, and unlike a conventional stablecoin it passes the majority of the yield on its backing assets through to token holders. USDY crossed $1 billion in total value locked on 3 March 2025 and has been deployed across multiple networks, including Ethereum, Solana, Mantle, Sui, Aptos, Arbitrum, Plume, Noble and Stellar. Ondo Finance was founded and is led by Nathan Allman.
