Overview
Pump.fun is a Solana-based token launchpad, live since January 2024, that lets anyone deploy a memecoin in minutes with no coding and trade it immediately against a bonding curve. Once a token's bonding curve reaches a set threshold it 'graduates' and its liquidity migrates to a Solana DEX for open trading; only a small minority of launched tokens reach graduation. The platform has hosted millions of token launches and became the dominant source of new Solana memecoin issuance. Its native token PUMP was sold in a July 2025 offering that raised approximately $1.3 billion.
