Overview
Omni Network was a blockchain interoperability protocol that connected Ethereum rollups, using a proof-of-stake network secured by its native OMNI token together with restaked ETH via EigenLayer to facilitate cross-rollup communication and composability. In September 2025 the project rebranded to Nomina and the OMNI token was converted to NOM at a 1:75 ratio; as of 2026 NOM is the successor token and OMNI is deprecated (Omni Core has been sunset, with assets migrated to Ethereum).
