Overview
USD CoinVertible (USDCV) is the US dollar version of the CoinVertible stablecoin issued by SG-FORGE, the digital asset subsidiary of the French bank Societe Generale. CoinVertible was launched as the first stablecoin backed by a major European bank, with a euro version (EURCV) alongside the dollar one, and is designed to be compliant with capital markets practice and interoperable with legacy systems and standards such as SWIFT. SG-FORGE issues across multiple blockchain protocols including Ethereum and Tezos, and its broader product line also covers digital bonds, structured products and tokenized money-market alternatives.
