Also known as: Dinari, dShares

Overview

Dinari issues dShares, tokenised US stocks and ETFs that are backed 1:1 by the corresponding real securities held in custodial brokerage accounts. The company's central claim is that these are not synthetic price trackers: when a dShare is purchased, Dinari buys the underlying security, and holders receive the real economic rights attached to it, including dividends and adjustments for stock splits. Dividends are paid out in Dinari's USD+ stablecoin. The catalogue covers more than 350 individual stocks - including Apple, Amazon, Google and Tesla - plus ETFs and indices, among them the S&P Digital Markets 50 Index (SPDM), a hybrid index combining 35 public equities with 15 digital assets. Access is aimed at investors outside the United States, with availability across more than 85 jurisdictions, and compliance is enforced at the token level through KYC gating, geographic restrictions and AML monitoring. Partners integrate either through a white-labelled widget requiring minimal development or through the dShares API for custom trading experiences. Dinari built its business around bringing US equities onchain as fully backed dShares for non-US investors, later adding ETFs, index products such as the S&P Digital Markets 50, and the USD+ stablecoin used for dividend distributions.
