Overview
USTB is the Superstate Short Duration U.S. Government Securities Fund, a private fund tokenized on Ethereum whose shares are issued as a yield-bearing ERC-20 token (or in book-entry form). It invests in short-duration US Treasury and US agency securities and targets returns in line with the federal funds rate, charging a 0.15% management fee. Superstate, an SEC Exempt Reporting Adviser, is the investment manager, and the fund is offered to US Qualified Purchasers; subscriptions and redemptions settle in USD or USDC with daily liquidity. The token is freely transferable only between Ethereum addresses on the fund's allowlist.
